all I see is "if $50 or over earned, you get them after the quarterly cylce. What if I accrued only $2-3 due on June 30th? do they not "count"? SO MANY TIMES i miss out on taking advantage of this feature b/c eBay either has vague "rules", or does not CONTACT US that we have a "reward" to redeem. Seems like a shday practice on their part.
