eBay standard envelope on 1g silver round

Trying to find out why I am not getting the option to ship a 1g silver round with eBay standard envelope. Everything checks out with the listing it clearly meets all the requirements. Unfortunately I didn't catch this until I had made a sale and now will be loosing money on this item. I have no problems selling 1oz rounds but for some reason the 1g is giving me issues. Thanks

Do not send rounds in a standard envelope, they must be flexible if not the machinery will tear it up and you will lose your silver.

The Trump silver was not listed as a coin - it was in bullion, so it does not qualify for the standard envelope.

I noticed this and tried changing it with no luck but just tried again and seemed to work this time. Ok now is there anyway of getting this option on one I have already sold? May be a long shot but I should definitely fits all the qualifications just a mistake on my part.

I don’t think so. Since it wasn’t under currency, I don’t think eBay will give you the standard envelope option when you print a label.
