I issued and eBay agreed to refunded my buyer 100%, yet I am being asked to pay a 'sold item' fee. PayPal charged me also a fee although they state FULL 100% refund available within 180 of sale date. NOPE. They refunded the buyer and ALSO charged me a fee.
Despite having 20 years in history and over $1 MILLION in sales on eBay, I think my relationship with these two companies has reached the end.

ebay charges its FVF the minute an item sells. Refunding the buyer doesn't eliminate that charge unless a case was filed and you refunded through the case. It's not clear if a case was filed.
Go to Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped
Click the down-arrow, click Cancel order. Select a reason. If you refunded through the Paypal transaction you will not be refunding twice.
