eBay selling item without consent

Why would eBay accept a sale on my behalf when I didn’t want to make the sale and didn’t accept it in the first place? Is there a way contact someone from eBay to get this resolved

If you listed as an auction and someone placed a winning bid and the listing ended with them winning, YOU are required to follow through with your responsibility and ship the item after the buyer pays.

You set the minimum bid, there was nothing to accept.  The opening bid should always be the minimum you are happy to sell for.
