eBay keeps rejecting my proof of new LLC formation and put my payout on hold

I've just formed an LLC,  changed my eBay store name accordingly, and replaced my email address with a new business address.   

Now I receive messages from eBay requesting verification and upload of a legal document to show the legal name of the LLC...etc.

So far, I've done so multiple times, only to receive the same request over and over again with no additional details on what exactly is the issue. My certificate of organization is complete and legal so not sure what else is wrong and I can't figure out how to get someone on the phone. 

Any ideas?

Have you converted your account to a business account? Make sure that your checking account is in the name of your LLC and that the tax number is the same too. Another member said they had to repeatedly upload the same document because at first it wasn't in color, and then the edges of the document were not visible; so consider whether all of the "forgery" hurdles are surmounted. I think you will need to phone the Managed Payments team to see what information might be missing. There is a contact button at the bottom of this page:
