I am enrolled in eBay international shipping, I have no restrictions on my account, I have no excluded countries that I ship to & I have sold several items through the program since it began. I had a buyer in Germany try to complete a purchase & the got a message saying that I do not ship to Germany & they recommended that buyer use a different address, or try a different seller. I couldn't find anything wrong with my listing, so I ended that listing & created a new one, the buyer tried again & got the same message. I called eBay & the person @ the call center had no idea what they were doing & after putting me on hold & trying to get answer they finally told me that eBay would not ship anything on eBay Motors/Auto Parts. I gave up on that call & called Back - this time I was told that eBay would not ship to Germany, I finally sold the item & handled the shipping myself.. ..A couple of days later I had a buyer in Australia get the same message suggesting that they try a different seller. I called eBay again & was told again the all auto parts on eBay Motors are restricted, I asked why eBay would suggest to the buyer that they find a different seller for an item they tell me is restricted, they person I spoke was unable to get me an acceptable answer, or let me speak with someone that could.
I suspect that this is happening due to a technical issue on eBay's end , does anybody have any suggestions as to how I can get this resolved?
