Is there another way to contact eBay regarding a refund that I haven’t received?
When I go to my purchases page, click on the item, click on more actions, write out the issue on the “haven’t received refund” I click send and it gives me an error message. It’s been doing it for days.
I need eBay to step in regarding this and I have no idea how to get in touch with them.
