eBay has treated me unfairly

I made a purchase on eBay, it never arrived to my home or PO Box. I contacted the seller who was short with me and stated to contact eBay, I then made contact with eBay who denied any assistance and finally I filed an appeal with ebay which was denied . The tracking number I was given stated the item was delivered to my town it gives no specific address, I contacted UPS who checked the number and stated that the package was delivered to a business in my town, not my home. In my appeal to eBay I forwarded the documents from UPS that clearly shows this. Also, the item was signed for by someone other than me, I contacted this business ( pharmacy) and they say they did not receive an item with my name on it. There is also a large discrepancy on the weight listed on the tracking number, 5 lbs which is much less than the item I ordered. There are also discrepancies with the method of delivery, the listing stated it would be shipped by USPS it was not, also where it was shipped from, the listing stated a town in Wisconsin it was not shipped at all from Wisconsin. I have cameras on my home which never showed a delivery on the stated day on the tracking number.
in this entire process I don’t believe a human has even read my initial complaint or my appeal, when I’ve tried to reach a eBay teammate the phone will not connect me to a person to discuss this issue.  I feel I need a better explanation and to know that a real person has looked at my case. I’m open to suggestions. Thank u
