No, but it is entirely possible that if you revealed the last four digits of your gift card to someone you may have revealed more than you intended. The other digits appear in more than one place on the card.
Never reveal any gift card codes to anyone for any reason. Gift card codes are only to be entered into checkout on ebay.com.
