eBay gift card 9 digits????

I don’t know what to do I tried calling customer service for the gift card and it’s only an automated voice? I want someone to actually help me with this 😞 I purchased it LITTERLY yesterday and it won’t let me redeem the gift card with out the extra 4 digits.

@meetyourfate   I recommend you take the card back to the store you bought it from with your receipt.  Inform them that they are selling defective or possible counterfeit eBay gift cards as eBay cards ALL have 13 digits.  You can even pull up the eBay card checker on your phone to show them>
