Email from eBay - received 3 of them - I was on eBay several times but can't confirm the times indicated in the email.

Was out of town, not checking email. Got 2nd email same info. I have changed my password. The approx location of device was in Clifton NJ. I am on the east coast, but no where near that location. Immediately after I changed my password this am, I received another notice - same info - Clifton, NJ.
1. Does that mean that eBay does not recognize my device - period?
2. I use VPN - could that be the cause of the confusion?
3. can I ignore these messages if I have been on eBay same day/time as the unknown device messages?
