eBay customer support by phone - Gone?

I'm having an issue with uploading photos for listings and want to find out if they are having a known problem.  Both yesterday afternoon and this morning.  I've called every number I can find on the web, the little automated lady offers to send links and then hangs up.  I thoroughly ticked off at this point.  Is their seller support by phone done and over with?  I haven't called in months.

 You have to let customer service call you back if you choose that option as they are working from home.

You can select the option to have eBay call you or chat from the left hand side of the screen. If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media.

If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back

To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.

eBay currently does not have a public phone number you can call.

You can use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page to request a call back from eBay. Use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with a chat option. Choose that, and the last option that appears in the chat window -- use the "See more" option -- should be "Contact an Agent" to request a call-back if you are in North America.
