eBay customer service SUCKS‼️

Why has EBay customer service gone down the toilet?!? Why do they make it humanly **bleep** possible to use their site, purchase an item, seller takes my money, lies about shipping because EBay allows the sellers to lie to customers about creating a bull**bleep** label that signifies “shipping”! It’s a **bleep** lie EBay!!! Not all sellers are honest. But you’re the worst. You open an arena to the public then hide behind the scenes to avoid real issues. NO LIVE PERSON AVAILABLE to help solve paying customers issues! I’m considering deleting my account.

A seller printing a label automatically triggers an email to the buyer saying "shipping has begun" or something like that. As you apparently know, that only means the label has been printed, nothing more.

That does not help the seller. It won't prevent the seller from getting a late shipping ding if the seller does not get an acceptance scan from the shipping service before the end of the seller's handling time. It won't prevent the buyer from filing an "item not received" case the day after the last shipping estimate, and it won't prevent the seller from being forced to refund the buyer if the buyer asks eBay to step in three business days later when the seller cannot provide tracking that shows delivery.

So what is your actual question?

You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.

To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a chat with an agent or a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.

What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.

Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.

If nothing else works, try this link between 5am to 9:30pm Pacific Time:

I stated my issue. This is also my complaint. NO LIVE PEOPLE! I’m constantly having to explain myself over and over again and have gotten absolutely no where!! A seller lied and stole my money and eBay isn’t helping. Why are you still giving the seller an opportunity to keep lying?!? They NEVER **bleep** SHIPPED MY PAID ITEM‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

And now you have been given a link to reach live people at eBay in addition to the people you can reach here.

I’m constantly having to explain myself over and over again and have gotten absolutely no where!

This appears to be your first post and your first reply to the eBay community -- at least the first of each that I can see -- so if you have explained your issue somewhere, it was not here.

They NEVER **bleep** SHIPPED MY PAID ITEM

eBay has a procedure any buyer can follow to get a refund for an item that is not received.

Did you file an "item not received" claim within thirty days of the last estimated delivery date?

https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/get-help-item-hasnt-arriv...

Did you follow up and ask eBay to step in at the earliest opportunity?

https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-step-help-buyers?id=4701

If so, what happened? If not, you should still have time to act.

@herukon31

eBay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. If it is one day past the estimated delivery date for the Apple Watch, go to your Purchase History and open an Item Not Received case. The Seller is required to respond with a valid tracking number showing your package is moving or issue a full refund.  If the Seller does not respond, you can go back to the case and ask eBay to step in. If eBay steps in, they will force the refund.

I'm sorry this is happening to you.
