I bought an item on eBay and when it came it was different than pictured I contacted the seller and received a $2 refund on a $30 item for the missing piece - yesterday it failed to work and I asked to return it but the seller declined the return and no information as to why and to top it off I can’t even post feedback - what gives . I have been on eBay since 1998 mainly as a seller and never seen this
