Okay, lets check something here. Below is a link to your Shipping labels page. Go there and see if you have TWO line items for the same Sold item AND see if the tracking numbers are different? If they are then you can use the pull down menu on the left and VOID one of the labels then make sure you print the other one to put on the package.
Your account will be credited the VOID-ed label cost in about 14 days.
