eBay added a coupon on my listing

Hi, I have a listing for a Godinger jewelry box and there's a coupon code  if u use venmo, can eBay just add that to whatever they want to? Can I take it off? Do they do this often?  Thanks in advance

If a buyer uses a Venmo coupon, the seller gets their full payment. Either eBay or Venmo covers the coupon.
