Recently I listed two copies of Mein Kampf as nonfiction books, due to their context as historical items, and eBay removed the listings as supposedly violating their Hateful or Discriminatory Policy. Yet when I look up the item in eBay's own search engine, there are plenty of listings for the item in eBay's antiquarian listings. How does my listing violate policy and theirs do not?
