Hi,
I saw an auction that was a few minutes from ending so I bid and won. I was the only bidder. I messaged the seller and got a response admitted he is a different person than the listed seller. The photos looked great but the background was obviously in the desert while the listing is in Minnesota. The seller is asking for my personal info. and telling me he will send me his bank and full info. When I said I would get on a plane to complete the purchase he went silent. What actions should I take?
