There is an apparent lack of testing and/or programming at eBay. I put down 'time away' from April 25 to May 5. three days later I entered a message stating I was away and it reset the start time to April 28 which meant that if anyone bought from april 25 to 28, it would show a defect in shipping times. How do we inform eBay of IT problems?
