eBay Guarantee isn't working for me

Hi,

I had other items delivered last Saturday but not one order that same day.  The tracking number showed it was delivered but it wasn't with the other packages.  i went through the return and appeals process but was told since the tracking number shows it was delivered, there's no guarantee or refund coming my way.

Any suggestions on how to resolve?

Should I file a claim with the USPS?

Ebay's so called guarantee wasn't helpful here at all and basically said you're out of luck and we're done helping you.

No, it's  not helpful when tracking shows delivered.  It means you got it and it was stolen out of your mailbox or off your porch after it was delivered.  eBay won't  refund when tracking shows delivered.  It's possible USPS left it in the wrong mailbox. Ask USPS exactly where they left the package.

Ebay uses tracking information to see if the item was delivered. If they just relied on buyers or sellers words then this place would be full of more fraud.
