I have been an eBayer for at least 20 years.
eBay started having a Rewards program, and then enlarged it to make occasional eBay Bucks WINDOWS OF BUYING OPPORTUNITIES.
Unfortunately, eBay has stopped providing even the smallest rewards to its day-to-day customers.
Because eBay has become overly greedy and stopped providing decent rewards (like eBay Bucks) and any other bonuses (which it could clearly afford), I have reduced my business by 80-85% with eBay.
Yes, I still buy from time to time; however, 20 years ago, 15 years ago, 10 years, I was spending $10,000 to $15,000 per year on eBay. During these last several years, I have cut my spending back to $2,000 to $3,000.
Who else feels slighted by eBay and their new draconian policies aimed at its customers?
How do we get the heads of eBay to re-consider and begin to treat us with more and better bonus incentives?
Also, why does eBay make it so very difficult to provide direct feedback to their leadership? (They only want to narrow my comments to the business transactions at hand.) Why do I only find this Public Forum as my only access point to post my feedback about my overall eBay experience??
Help? Anyone?
My frustration levels continue to grow.
