Bought camera cap and strap. Seller sent wrong item for a different camera.

Seller ignored 3 messages, so I opened a case. Seller failed to respond to eBay, so dispute found in my favor.

Return label provided by eBay, which I printed and mailed item to seller.

Seller received item, issued refund LESS $4.75 for, "Return Label."

eBay rules are clear. Seller pays return shipping if sends wrong item.
