I had a listing that is one listing but in the listing is a pair of items. two things one listing. I lowered the price but apparently it didnt go through as such and now the one listing has turned into two listings, one with the original price and one with the lowered price. and to make matters worse two different people have bought them. one person bought the items for the original price and the other person bought the items for the lowered price. I have changed and edited other lisitings before and lowered prices and have never had this happen before. I really am at a loss at what to do. i cant get an agent on the chat i guess its after hours which i didnt know ebay had hours i thought they were 24/7 idk. but i really am in a bind any advice would be grea thanks

I know it's frustrating.
When you use "Revise" it doesn't create a duplicate listing.
If this is the Batteries listing, then the problem was that you listed a Quantity of 2 which means you have 2 sets for sale. (total of 4 batteries)
It can be confusing but the Quantity is how many of the same item, separate sales, that you can make.
If you are trying to indicate there are 2 items sold as one listing, use "Lot" not "Quantity"
I hope that helps.

Looking at your listings, (I don't see any duplicate in your solds.)
Do you see two sold and paid items here: https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
If you have been paid on both sales and can see the payment on eBay, you will need to cancel one sale.
You can cancel the sale using the dropdown menu to the right of the https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
The reason will be "Out of Stock"
This is a defect on your eBay account, so try very hard not to have this happen again.
If you don't see 2 solds here https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
please let me know.
