drop down menus

The drop down menus are not working for me on eBay anymore on my laptop.  When I click on a category such as Make or Model in eBay Motors, the drop down menu with items briefly flashes and then closes.  How do I fix this?  By the way, the drop down menus still work for me on my desktop computer.

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.

If the menus work in another browser, try clearing your cache and manually deleting your eBay cookies in the original browser to see if that helps.

If you are using any add-ons such as ad blockers, try temporarily disabling them to see if one is causing a conflict with those menus.
