dispute with buyer

I have a dispute and eBay sent me the dispute and I replied but about 1 week later they sent another dispute and I responded a day late to the 2nd email.  Now they want to charge me $4000. I had offered the buyer a full cash refund which he didnt take. I have 30+ emails to prove this. I need to contact a real person asap because they want to debit my bank tomorrow. HELP!
