I have a charge on my credit card from an eBay purchase that I have no record of making. It doesn't tell me who the seller is or what the item is. I tried to have a live agent call me but they never did and the robo assistant would not give me a phone number so I could call them. Does anyone know a phone number for customer assistance?

Customer service can not help with this - they can not give you any info on a transaction not made with your account, or as a guest with your email.
To dispute the charge, call your card issuer - you need to report your card compromised. They will freeze your card, issue a new one and dispute the charge with eBay.
