Ebay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. That Guarantee overrides an individual Seller's return policy.

If the Buyer opens an Item Not as Described refund request, even if it's not true, the Seller must accept it. Once you accept it, eBay will send the Buyer a return shipping label. You won't be charged for it until they use it. Once it's returned, you need to issue a full refund. 

If the returned item is exactly as described, you can report the Buyer for abusing the Guarantee.
