Hello, I'm Brazilian and I started a wrong return process because I use a redirection system and the delivery address was the company that does this service, I can't generate the return label but it is necessary to take the package to the carrier but the company does not do this service , I needed to change the return for the carrier to pick up the package, my question is how to do this and if I cancel the return order I will be able to open a new order to correct the shipping method

No, don't close the Return -you won't be able to reopen it once it's closed.

It's not clear what you're trying to do - are you returning an item to a U.S. seller, that was originally shipped to your using a U.S. freight forwarder?

Did the seller issue a prepaid return label from that address?

yes I bought the product in the United States and it was delivered to the shipping company in the city of Doral in Florida but the company does not take the order to the carrier for reverse postage, I need to change the return shipping method so that carrier picks up the package at the forwarding company, the return label I generated was from the USPS and had a notice that the charge would be deducted from the total refund amount

You don't need to use the return label generated in the case, you can use your own and upload the return tracking#.  The eBay generated label is only charged to your refund if it's actually used.

Are you trying to arrange for an alternate carrier to pick it up - where is the item now - does the FF in Doral have it? 

With most USPS labels you can request a carrier pickup from their website at
