hola buenas tardes, necesito la ayuda de alguien porfavor, estoy tratando de devolver un articulo en Ebay, y el detalle es que puse mal mi correo, y la solicitud de devolucion se la estan enviando a alguien mas, y no puedo contactarme con el vendedor, y solo tengo el numero de orden, pero no puedo hacer nada mas, alguien que pueda explicarme como puedo hacer la devolucion, porque el articulo lo compre como invitado y no tengo seguimiento en el istorial.

Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member (that is why it is not in your Purchase history). You will need to sign in using the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent you. Then you should be able to file a Returns Request.
