I purchased a counterfeit Prada bag. I took it to three places for authentication and they are stated it was fake. It was received 3/1/24 and I am trying to get in contact with ebay to assist in getting a refund but I have not been able to speak with a real ebay representative.

There is nothing you can do through eBay.  Their Money Back Guaranty is only good for 30 days from receipt of the item and this is long past.  You could try asking your payment source for a charge back but there are time limits on this.
