I have been a member here since 2017 and have no negative feedback that I know of, Now, all of a sudden, out of the blue with no warning or justification at all I am suddenly blocked from what has been my practice from the beginning of sending my buyer a message thanking them for the purchase and letting them know that it has been shipped, via which carrier and what the tracking number is. None of that is against any ebay policy so PLEASE fact check my buyer communications and show me what I did to warrant this ,

eBay automatically blocks certain messages for various reasons -- it is possible that a tracking number might appear to be a phone number to a simple scanning bot, for instance.
Once a purchase payment has been made, you should be able to exchange contact information, but perhaps eBay cannot link your message to the purchase for some reason.
Try leaving out the tracking number and see if the message goes through. The tracking should appear in the buyer's Purchase History.
