A buyer paid for multiple auctions of different items including shipping. But did not wait for a combined invoice. I will combine ship and provide a refund. However, when I buy a label for Ground Advantage the package insurance is limited to the amount of one item. Can this be adjusted to include all item value?

Unfortunately your insurance value is limited by the number of shipping labels you make. Each label has a limit on the insurance for the package. You can add additional insurance to the label other than what is allowed. You will need to click on "other options" to see the ability to add additional insurance.

@greeenjeans Yes you will be able to adjust the package size and weight>>>
When you print the shipping label it's VERY important to select all items and then select print label from the top of the list if the buyer did not pay from an invoice. Then on the next screen it will ask if you want to combine orders, say yes then adjust the package size and weight as needed. This way the tracking is applied to all items.
You can send a partial refund for the shipping overcharge:
Go to the sold item and select Send Refund from the drop down menu next to the item.
Next screen select the reason for the refund> enter the amount> submit
I personally take a bit off of each item that way if there is a return it works out better for you. The eBay Money Back Guarantee overrules your no returns policy if the buyer says that the item is somehow not as described.

Thank you! I missed the insurance question.
@greeenjeans The ground advantage shipping label only has $100 insurance. If you need more then you can purchase it as @jacbarcollectibles said.

Thanks for your replies.
Yes, I scrolled down to the bottom and found that line. The items I'm sending range from $3.99 to $20.00 for a total of $80. The insurance line says I'm limited in insurance to the value of the item I chose when buying a label even though USPS states $100. I can add insurance for a fee. Okay, but this is not USPS insurance but another vendor. On top of that, the vendor's insurance is not valid in California and the buyer is in California. So, I'm going to the post office.

Save your money and use the eBay label since you don't need to buy more insurance. The $100 insurance that comes with the eBay ground advantage is exactly the same as at the post office. Claims are filed through USPS.COM . It's the official USPS insurance that comes with all labels.
Plus the shipping is going to cost a lot more at the post office.
