collection code ebay missing

I ordered something from ebay (not the first time) and this time I didn't receive any email with a collection code so I could pick up the package. I went and asked at the local store and the seller told me that the package has arrived but I can't pick it up because I don't have that email with the code.

can you help me please?

You need to return to your home site: https://www.ebay.co.uk

Was the listing for LOCAL PICKUP only, and you selected it?  If so, then the QR-code (as well as 6-digit code) should have been sent to you.  Look in your Spam folder.

There is currently a glitch when you search, bringing you over here.

In the future, use the SHOP BY CATEGORY on the left side of the screen, or type in your KEYWORDS and then use the SEARCH on the right side.
