In reviewing my transactions, I noticed that I was charged twice for the same shipping label. It even shows up on the tracking page. Tried to void the 2nd label but was not given the option because at this point the item was delivered. There is no direct way to contact anyone from ebay, so any suggestions?

Hi @nuneeb2
We have only 5 days to void a USPS shipping label after purchasing it. It sounds like it's already longer than that.
[I'm assuming the 2 labels have different tracking numbers ... meaning they can't be the 'same' label. It's easy to think we're merely reprinting a label ... when we're actually buying another one.]

USPS labels need to be voided within 5 days, but some sellers have been able to get "courtesy refunds" from eBay CS when they explain the situation.
It's worth a try.

Yes, although I have no recollection of printing it twice. (Actaually have done that) Anyway after a good while clicking on every help/contact link I got a chat box and a real human being. They looked at the transaction and issued a refund. Yikes, so hard to get to a human. But thank you for responding, it is much appreciated.

Did that, and they refunded the duplicate charge. Thank you for taking time to respond. It is much appreciated.
