changing buyers shipping address.

Invoices says that the buyer has a address I don't ship to. Buyers sent me a address I do. I cannot bring up invoice to change address.

Buyers can change the shipping address at checkout right up until payment is sent. After that, the shipping address for that transaction cannot be changed.

The seller is required to ship to the address that comes with the payment or lose all protection in the event of an "item not received" case. Scammers often send messages urging the seller to ship to another address, so sellers are rightly wary of such requests.

The seller can cancel the transaction and relist to allow the buyer to purchase again and provide the correct address, but sellers are not required to do any of that.

I was to finally able get through all the hoops to talk to someone from Ebay. They told me what was said to my inquiry here. He was able to change his address, but he paid the invoices before I could combine them. He guessed what the shipping was going to be for the items. Lucky me, he was short by $20. I so wanted this cluster to be over that I wrote off the loss on shipping to get it over with. Thanks for the help.
