cant find my selling limits.....

I am trying to find my selling limits....

1. Go to the Overview tab of Seller Hub.
2. Scroll down and find the Monthly limits section to view your current limit.

They say this.  but I do not have MONTHLY LIMITS section in my overview anywhere.....

any no way to contact help too find it.  I can ask for an increase.   but I not even sure where the info is for how much I can list...  Help.....

I think I have always had a Monthly Limits box in my Overview since I started using Seller Hub.  I try NOT to eliminate any boxes or make too many customizations so I can reply to posts here.

Have you scrolled all the way to the bottom or to the right side of the screen just in case it's out of view?

Customer Service on ebay.com, the USA site, is only for members located in the USA and Canada, between the hours of 5am-10pm Pacific Time. Click on HELP & CONTACT at the top right corner of most screens.  Work through the questions.  At the end you can either send a message or use the Call Me option. If using a mobile device, disable the spam filter so the call can go through.

Thanks.  Yes I went all over and have all the boxes checked to display everything and MY LIMITS box is not even there.  just the get started box.  I have been on ebay selling since 1997.
