canceling an order due-to buyer non-payment

I had an item sell on 4/26/23.  it has been the requisite 4 days which should allow me to cancel.  However, it doesn't give me the option to cancel d/t non-payment, and it says the sale date was 4/30/23 which is when I sent an invoice.  I need to cancel this d/t non-payment, but like i said, it doesn't give me that option.

I guess you will be able to cancel for nonpayment on 5/5/23.  [There wasn't any need to send an invoice.  The buyer already had one.]

Apparently, sending an invoice with a revised shipping amount or payment resets the four day clock.
