cancel an order seller said will not fit

I wanted to purchase air filters for my skid loader and ask seller if the ones he was selling would fit and he sent me an email and told me it will not fit, now the seller still wants me to purchase them. ebay wont cancel order?

Hi @75harley  If you bought the item but haven't paid yet, the seller isn't required to cancel the order for you. If you don't pay in 4 days, an unpaid item will go on your buying record. Most sellers block buyers who've had 2 or more unpaid items in a year.

What does this seller's return policy say?

My advice is to not pay and avoid the hassle of returning the filters for a refund. 1 unpaid item on your record won't affect your ability to buy on eBay, and it will fall off in 12 months.
