cancel a shipping label now ebay wont give an opption to purchase a new label

Are you sure you voided the first label?  

Go to your Seller Hub.

Then to the Order's box.

Click on Awaiting Shipment.

There is a list of things you can do on the left.  Select Shipping Labels.

Find the order you need to print another label on.  From the drop down menu just to the left of that order, select print a label.
