can you change reason for cancel item after it goes through

  Trying to change reason for cancellation from buyers request to item not same as described. can this be done after the cancellation has gone through

‘Item not same as described’ isn’t one of reasons for cancelling.  It’s a reason for requesting a return.

It’s not possible to change the reason for either a cancellation or a return request.

Im selling. the buyer wants me to change the reason for cancellation. I know I couldnt but I wasnt sure if someone on the EBay side could change it.
