Each time I click on "Print Return Label" I get a message that it cannot be printed due to a technical issue. When I read the Frequently Asked Questions there is no clear answer as to why this is happening. Any ideas how to rectify?

If you are printing the label from an email message, make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the purchase when printing.
The last time you received feedback in the account you are currently signed in to was 2019.

I made the purchase as a guest, not the ebay account I am currently using...but the return label was sent to the email I used to purchase it.

You may have to sign out of your current eBay account to be able to print the return form. Or use a private or incognito browser window.
