I listed two items on EBAY.....

1 was sold and I did not receive payment.....How do I contact EBAY?

The other item scammed me and then it listed again for sale..?I did not receive anything

I don;t understand what happened...

Can you helpt??

Let's start by going here:

https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold

See if your item is listed under that link.  If it is, then it was sold.  Now, it might not have been paid for, and the buyer has a minimum of 4 days to pay for the item.

You can check your payment status of sold items here:

https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/summary

That should show any pending or completed transactions.

You can also check here:

https://www.ebay.com/mys/unsold

To see if your item was not sold.

And this should show your active listings:

https://www.ebay.com/mys/active

Some items may get relisted if they are set to do so in the event they don't sell.  There actually is an option for that.
