can i cancel a return

i originally wanted to do a return for a refund but now i just want to cancel the return and get a partial refund

That is up to the seller whether he wants to offer a partial refund.

 if the seller were to agree will i be able to cancel that return

You can always cancel a return, but if you want a partial refund, which is up to the seller, wait till you receive it.

To cancel a return go to your Return Request in the Resolution Center, you will see the option to the lower right.
