buyer is getting a message we dont ship to indiana

a buyer is trying to purchase an item from us but is receiving a message that we dont ship to indiana. how can i fix this

@winninbidtreasures  Not allowing shipping to a state usually happens if the shipping was not set up correctly. 

Can you please share the item number so I can take a look.
