buyer filed false complaint and wants return

Buyer bought a blue Fiesta water jug.......now she wants to return it because she said she ordered a blue and white jug.  She claims that the reflections on the photo represented the "white".  My policy is no returns.

First, if you’re talking about the Fiesta water jug, it does appear to be blue and white; and pictures are considered to be part of the description.

Second, if the buyer opens an item not as described case, that overrules your No Returns policy, so you’ll have to accept the return.

Your buyer has not filed a false complaint.

I can't imagine anyone looking at that photo of the jug and thinking it was solid blue. It appears to be blue and white. There is nothing in your description that explains that those are reflections. Though I believe you when you say they are, I've been staring at the photo for several minutes and can't even figure out how those could be reflections.

You would be wise to graciously accept the return at your expense and take care of your buyer. If you don't, you'll likely end up with a defect on your selling record, a refund from your account without a requirement for the buyer to return the item, and negative feedback.
