Buyer claims item doesn't work, a pre amp, but we tested it twice before sending it out and it worked well. He admits "cleaning" the item with some sort of substance, and removing some plugs from the back to "clean". He may have damaged the item in doing this. Also , we tried to help him hook it up, and he was doing it incorrectly, but refuses to follow our advice about hooking this pre amp up properly. Now he wants his money back and we should also pay for shipping!
Anybody have any ideas-how do I get a hold of ebay to help with this.

Just because it worked before shipping, doesn't mean it works by the time the buyer receives it.
If you want it returned before refunding, accept the return and provide a shipping label.
