I found  a vehicle on marketplace,  the vehicle is in utah and i am in florida, the lady sent me an invoice from ebay explaining the details for paying her,  the invoice says to go to a bitcoin atm and follow the directions on the invoice, I dont  know too much about this, is this a scam or can sellers do this legally?  thanks

You are dealing with a scammer.  eBay has nothing to do with Marketplace and in any case does not accept Bitcoin for purchases at this time.  The purchase would not go through eBay no matter what the seller says to you since it did not originate on eBay.
