bidding Appeal

You're unable to buy this item because you have a record of 2 orders in the last 12 month(s) that were cancelled because they weren't paid for. Think we made a mistake? Here's how to appeal.

i want to change this so that am able to bid and buy.

The  2 items being talked are item that took days to be sent to me hence cancelled.

bidding Appeal

If you mean they weren't sent to you at all, that's because you didn't pay.  The time for the seller to ship STARTS when you pay.

If you mean the seller sent them to you without you paying, you still need to pay.

If you mean you didn't like how long it was going to take to get the item according to the estimated delivery date/handling time in the listing, that information was there before you committed to buy and you agreed to it whether you took the time to read it or not.  ALWAYS check WHETHER the item ships to you location and HOW MUCH it costs and HOW LONG it takes (and the carrier and class of service if those are important to you) in the Shipping section of the listing BEFORE you commit to buy.
