bidder wants me to cancel the offer she accepted

Who cancels the offer after it's been accepted?  Bidder said she made a mistake and wants me to cancel.

How do I do that or does the buyer have to cancel?

Thank you so much for your prompt reply.  After panicking (never had to cancel an order) I just now figured it out and canceled it.  Buyer bought one item then bid on another, then realized it wasn't what she thought it was and asked me to cancel.  So new lesson learned and hope I never have another cancellation.
