how do returns get "approved automatically, per the eBay returns policy" when they are outside of the return window and reason is "ordered by mistake"?
i was under the impression that eBay only auto accepted returns, no matter what the seller's stipulations are, if the buyer claims the item was not as described or defective? i have my returns set at 14 days so, how is it that a buyer can start a return at almost 30 days and i can't do anything about it?
the buyer was totally honest in the comments stating they just didn't need it anymore, which is fine and all, but this isn't Amazon.
and why does eBay still hit the seller with the return label cost when the listing states "buyer pays return ship"? i feel like it wasn't always like this...

Some of your listings state "30 days returns. Buyer pays for return shipping." (such as the items sold on Apr. 8th & Mar. 18th)
